Range of application
Die cutting application for a wide range of materials such as textiles , plastics, rubber, foam, composites, paper, paperboard,
wood, leaher, cork, felt, as well as items like automotive upholstery, gaskets, filters, abrasives, shoe components, jigsaw
puzzles, envelopes, medical supplies, packaging, shirt collars, sponges, caps, linings, balls, stickers, plastic floor tiles, leaher
goods, document files, luggage, umbrellas, floor mats, carpets, toys, etc
Advantages
- A two axes servo-motor positioning system.
- A cutting program that maximizes material yield can save up to 20% in material costs.
- 300 cutting programs are available for a wide variety of different die shapes.
- A 20mm cutting stroke, along with a head traverse and material feeding distance of 50mm, allows for a working capacity
of 30,000 cuts per 8 hours.
- The double chain drive travelling head mechanism has a positioning accuracy of 0.5mm.
- The industrial graphic operation terminal has user-friendly, dialogue- type control which makes the machine easy to operate
