Range of application
Die cutting application for a wide range of materials such as: hardboard, paper, textiles, plastics, sponge, leather,
rubber, packing, floor covering, carpeting, glass-fiber cloth, cork etc for industries of automobile upholstery, baby
carriages, balls,brassieres, labels, envelopes, paper tubes, floor tiles, garment gaskets, plastic novelties, rainwear,
umbrella, rubber products, shoes, furniture chair, leather goods, luggage, cork products, toys etc.
Advantages
․This RBC series use a parallel cutting stroke, which is essential for obtaining accurate cut parts, as well as
prolonging the life of both the die and the cutting pad.
․The cutting head slows immediately before making the cut, thereby minimizing the size difference between the
topmost and bottommost material layers.
․The receding head allows open access to the cutting area for manual alignment of the material sheet.
․An adjustable receding distance allows for a variable cutting-cycle speed (maximum 4 or 5 seconds per cut)
․Easy to use controls for setting the height of the die.
․Material feeding systems are available.
․Noise buffering device.

․Command photocell safety guard-Auto¢ñ& Auto ¢̣ operating mode.
․Equipped with 4-post mechanical stops and HRC 60° hardened & ground steel plate for large area kiss-cutting.
